It would be great if Sitelink would offer an email option instead of just a print option on payment page. I always have to go out, open the tenant back up and email from receipts. 85% of our clients want an emailed copy.

Hi, Trying to add a $25 late fee that gets automatically added to the certain account when the customer moves out and leaves a balance owed. I would like the moved-out account to add $25 every 30 days automatically.

Delete vs credit unpaid future charges at move out
Sitelinks default setup is supposed to delete unpaid future charges at move out, and that is how ours is set. We moved someone out today with pro-rated move out, and Sitelink credited the remaining days of the month (instead of deleting the charges), moving the paid through date in the process. Is anyone's invoices printing out incorrect amounts?
It seems with every new price increase given by SiteLink, more issues are coming out. I have a tenant who had a price increase in November 2022 and every invoice printed out since then shows the wrong price. The amount of the unit plus the tax DOES NOT equal the amount requested. Has anyone encountered this problem?

How Do I Fix Out Of Sync Dates?
