Why is the Transaction Completion window on the payment transaction now popping up AFTER the do you want to Print or Email the receipt windows? It used to show the Successful processing and Then ask if you wanted to print/email a receipt.

When trying to converse with a potential new customer on Lead to Lease, how to sms msg?
We had a potential customer contact us by text, there should be an easy way to communicate with people who are not in sitelink yet. If you have their mobile number and they can not talk but could text that would save a lot of effort and provide an additional tool to communicate with new customers or would be customers.

Is SL down right now? I can't log in. And saw someone post on FB that all of their facilities are experiencing problems and that SL crashed. 33 properties in 6 states. I am getting so frustrated with SiteLink. I am not sure what the issues are but the crowds are rumbling.

Entering Password / Logging In - Why can I not enter my password and hit ENTER?
As we all know, entering your password into SiteLink is as common as breathing. WHY ON EARTH do you have to type your password and then manually click Login? Has anyone found a way to be able to just type your password, hit the ENTER button on your keyboard, and not have to break pace everytime?
