Multiple units payment only posted to one unit?
Multiple unit tenant paid, but payment only posted onto one unit and I'm not sure how to go back and fix this? Each unit should have had a payment posted instead it's showing one unit is now paid up for the next few months. I appreciate any feedback!! Thanks

We offer a pre-payment discount at our facilities. If you pay 11 months in advance, you get the 12th month for free. Many of my customers pay online. Is there a way the customer can select this discount when paying online?

Batch Email Problems
In trying to send the same letter via email to our tenants (720 of them) we got about 10% sent and 90% failed. Trying a different computer we got about the same percentages. Entering Password / Logging In - Why can I not enter my password and hit ENTER?
As we all know, entering your password into SiteLink is as common as breathing. WHY ON EARTH do you have to type your password and then manually click Login? Has anyone found a way to be able to just type your password, hit the ENTER button on your keyboard, and not have to break pace everytime?
