Merging Units
Help please! Over the weekend my weekend help added a future move in for a current tenant without using his current profile (she made a new one). As its a future move in I cant delete/remove it to use his current profile. Is there a way to merge or link these units together using the original current profile???

Add DO NOT RENT to reservations please

Past Due and Lien notices processing error
As of yesterday when I go to process Lien and Past Due notices on my reminders list I keep getting a processing error. The tenants are set up on email and SMS delivery, so I'm not sure what's going on. Anyone else having this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Paying through website when late
I have had tenants say they are locked out from making a payment on the website if it's after the 1st of the month when the rent is due. But technically they aren't late until the 7th. Is there a setting I can switch for this?

What is the easiest way to clean/dust off locker doors?

AVS partial mismatch
I have tenants that have a partial mismatch with the zip not matching. We have only 7 zip codes for our City. I have changed it to every one of those zip codes and each one failed.

Annual Invoice vs Monthly Invoice

Help - Blocking Move-Ins
Is there any way to block old troublesome tenants from moving back in? We have a do not rent list & it seems that sometimes people are not checking it to make sure the person moving in is not on the list - so they move them in then its a gong show (again).

I have had a few customers who cant seem to sign the Rental Agreement or Insurance Agreement with mobile devices. So I sent myself one to try it. These Docs are not optimized for mobile, so they are hard to read and figure out where to sign. Can @storable_support do anything on this? Thanks

Sitelink Payments Slow to Load
This is a first world problem, but are you guys finding Storable Payments slow to load. I have a fast computer and great speed but it's taking 4 to 5 secounds load time. Is this normal for all? Previously it was a 1second pop I've called support and they've tried what was avaliavble.

Lag times :(
Anyone else get extreme lag times like 3-4 minutes at least when entering a move-out date, in Esign or Efiles on customers account and also at the end of converting lead to lease. Has been happening over a year and still happening. I have clear and reset and also done all updates but never gets better.
