If you receive an error message within SiteLink stating “SiteLink detected a database consistency error,” it means that your local database will need to be reset before actions like auto billing can occur. To reset your local database, please follow the instructions listed below.
From the log-in screen, click Maintenance.
On the next screen, click Reset Local Database.
Once you see the pop-up message that says “Deleting local data was successful,” click OK.
Log back in to SiteLink.
After you’ve completed these steps, the issue should be resolved.
