The following is a list of improvements included in the SiteLink Web Edition live update on November 16, 2016.

Highlights

Choose Which Forms/Documents Are Available During Move-in

• In addition to the lease, SiteLink customers can choose additional forms to be available during move-in. This works for SiteLink eSign™ documents as well. Provide separate documents for lease, tenant insurance, etc. during the move-in process.

Automatically display "Protection Plan" or "Insurance" Throughout SiteLink Web Edition

• Added ability to vary SiteLink screen and prompts depending on the "Insurance" or "Protection Plan" you are carrying. This helps managers use the correct terminology.

eFile Management

• We introduced eFile Management to organize electronic files, photos and SiteLink eSign with its sales cycle management, forensics and audit tools. After expanding cloud storage of forms, files and photos, we have now created eFile Management with new menus and buttons to make it even easier to organize and access them.

Inquiries and Reservations

• Corrected a problem that could cause some tenants or leads to appear with an incorrect color coding.

Move-Ins

• In addition to the lease, SiteLink Customers can choose additional forms to be available during move-in. This works for SiteLink eSign™ documents as well. Provide separate documents for lease, tenant insurance, etc. during the move-in process.

Past Due Scheduler

• Users of the registered e-mail service provider RPost can now configure their past due events to default sending each past due letter as a registered e-mail.

Portable Storage

• Fixed an issue that could cause Corporate Promotions to apply repeatedly when editing a reservation.

Program Defaults

• Added several API unit attributes to API Attributes tab.

Reports

• Fixed issue with Management History report that could cause Administrative Fees to be counted in multiple categories. 
• Corrected issue with Prepaid Insurance Liabilities report that could cause prepayments for policies cancelled in the same period they were started to show incorrectly.

SiteLink eSign

• Corrected a problem that could prevent a valid eSign short URL from being generated when emailing a form to be signed electronically.

Transfers

• Fixed an issue for inclusive-tax users where transfers for tenants with a discount applied at move-in could cause the discount amount applied to the new unit to be calculated incorrectly.
  
  

Corporate Control Center

Bulletin Board

• Resolved an issue that could prevent edits to bulletin board messages if multiple locations were selected.

Past Due Scheduler

• Users of the registered e-mail service provider RPost can now configure their past due events to default sending each past due letter as a registered e-mail.

Price Optimizer

• Corrected a problem that could cause incorrect scheduled rate amounts if the imported rates had 4 decimal places.

SMS/Texting

• Corrected a problem that could cause your saved credentials to show in the wrong fields when viewed in the SMS setup screen inside SiteLink Corporate Control Center.

Reports

• Corrected issue with Prepaid Insurance Liabilities report that could cause prepayments for policies cancelled in the same period they were started to show incorrectly.
  
  

SiteLink Web Template

Tenant login

• Current tenants signing into the SiteLink web template will now have their information (name, address, etc) automatically populated if they click on the reservation or contact us links at the top of the page.
  
  

SiteLink Web Reports

General

• Apple's iOS 10 introduced a 60 second timeout built into the operating system that cannot be bypassed. Web Reports was rewritten to work around Apple's bug for reports that take longer than 60 seconds to run.
