New Report

• The new Bad Debt Written Off Report provides a single report to show written off debt during a time period. Your accountants will love this report.

Adjustments

• Refunds: Corrected a problem that could prevent the credit card payment type from showing when refunding a payment.

Company

• Form Setup: Corrected a problem that could cause the program to close if you copied and pasted a large amount of text into an SMS form in the form setup screen.

Edit Charges & Payments

• Corrected issue that could prevent tax from being applied for newly-added recurring charges.

Email

• Tenant, Site, Employee and Distribution list email addresses can now contain an apostrophe.

Invoicing

• Corrected a problem that could cause SiteLink to freeze when printing an HTML lease.

Reports

• New Report: Bad Debt Written Off.
• Expanded the Credit Card Reconciliation Report for SiteLink Merchant Service customers to add refund and void verification.
• Corrected issue with Site Inspection report that could cause merchandise activity to not be included.
• Improved refund reporting in Insurance Statement report.
• Corrected issue with Management Summary report that could cause Concession totals to be different from Credits Issued report.
  
  

Corporate Control Center

Forms

• Fixed issue that prevented saving changes to postcard versions of forms.

Price Optimizer

• Corrected a problem that could cause newly imported scheduled rent increases to show on the Reprint notices list under Pending Scheduled Rate Changes instead of under Print Notices.

Reports

• New Report: Bad Debt Written Off.
• Added additional reporting and filtering options to the Consolidated Unpaid Charges report.
• Corrected issue with Site Inspection report that could cause merchandise activity to not be included.
• Improved refund reporting in Insurance Statement report.
• Expanded the Credit Card Reconciliation report for SiteLink Merchant Service customers to add refund and void verification.

Online Payments

• Fixed issue for international users where online payments may be recorded with incorrect currency type.
• Corrected a problem that could cause the last payment date showing on the online payment screen to be incorrect when viewed on a mobile device.

• Corrected an issue that could cause some online payments to not show in the virtual terminal.
