The following is a list of improvements included in the SiteLink Web Edition live update on May 10, 2016

SiteLink Web Edition

Competitor Tracking

• Corrected issues for inclusive-tax sites.
• Fixed incorrect color-coding for Unit Rate comparisons in certain situations.

Gate Setup

• Added support for WinSen Platinum v4.3 gate software which accepts SiteLink's 6-character unit names.

Insurance

• Improved overnight process to credit or delete excess insurance charges (based on program settings) when delinquent policies are cancelled automatically.
• Insurance charge type is now automatically enabled when a provider is chosen in Insurance setup.

Map

• Corrected issue where Push Rates would not be shown with certain combinations of Unit Price Optimization settings.

Move-In

• Corrected an issue that would prevent POS discount plans from being selectable if you added merchandise items to the shopping cart via double-clicking instead of using the Add to Shopping Cart button.

Payments

• Edit Charges and Payments: Corrected a problem that could cause SiteLink to unexpectedly close when clicking the print list button on the edit charges and payments window.
• Edit Charges and Payments: Added unit number to the title bar of the Edit Charges and Payments screen.
• Added a new column for mobile phone to the tenant lookup list and made mobile phone searchable via the global search at the top of the window.
• SiteLink Merchant Services Customers: Voids and merchandise refunds will now be processed on the original credit card automatically.

Program Defaults

• Added several unit and site API attributes.

Reports

• Modified the Logon history report to show full IPv6 addresses.
• Corrected issue where non-expiring discounts could show under Variances From Standard Rate instead of proper plan name.
• Improved reporting of transfers on Move-Ins & Move-Outs report and added explanation to clarify historical nature of the report.
• Improved Advertisement Tracking rental income reporting.
• Improved insurance reports for sites with custom insurance charge types.

Reservations

• Corrected issue with non-expiring discounts not applying to ledgers or being reported correctly after converting to move-in.

SiteLink eSign

• Added options to eSign setup screen to control emails and bulletins the site receives.

Tasks and Letters

• Added a 'Military' column which will indicate tenants who are set as 'Military' marketing type.

Tenant

• Changed name of "Additional" tab in SiteLink's tenant information screen to "Additional Access" to match terminology in the Blue Moon lease.

• Added the ability to define Primary and Secondary Divisions for more flexibility when selecting groups of sites for reporting purposes.

Form Setup

• Corrected a problem that could prevent an HTML form from being saved correctly.
