How do I enable SCA? (SiteLink UK customers only)

SiteLink Web Edition offers our UK customers Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) card-processing in compliance with the EU’s regulation. SCA compliance makes electronic payments more secure and is required in the UK.

Follow the steps below to opt into SCA compliance:

1. Run a live update on all SiteLink computers to ensure you have the latest version.

2. Log into SiteLink Web Edition

3. Navigate to Site Setup and then SiteLink Marketplace.

4. Click Credit Cards.

 

5. Click Setup for your payment processor. 

6. At the top of the page, there will be a new checkbox labeled SCA Compliance. Click the Details link next to it to see important information about SCA compliance. Please read this information carefully before checking the box to enable SCA compliance.

7. New credential fields will appear in the Configure Interface section and should be prefilled with the correct information. If they are not, please contact SiteLink Merchant Services at merchantsupport@sitelink.com or 919-865-0789, opt 4, opt 1.
