No Lock Tenants
Does anyone else have an issue with a tenant who constantly forgets to put their lock on and/or refuses to lock their unit? What have you done to rectify the situation? I am about to give one of my tenants a 15 day Lease termination notice cause they never have a lock on the unit and I am tired of reminding them. Am I just…
