What do other RV/Boat storage owners do as far as staffing the facility - what hours is facility open with manager on site / also if any are 5 days a week staffed open what are your pro's/cons with it.
Are Hiring Couples A Thing Of The Past?
I've noticed fewer and fewer facilities with on-site apartments. Could this be indicative of a shift from the more traditional couple managers to a single full-time employee who lives off-site? What are you seeing in your markets?
