When does my insurance coverage terminate? [FAQ]
Your insurance coverage terminates at such time as your rental agreement terminates, you fail to pay your premium payment, or upon your request to terminate your coverage with your self storage facility, providing you evidence separate coverage.

Yes, there is a $100 deductible. The amount of an approved claim payment will be in excess of the deductible, up to the “amount of insurance.”

When does my insurance coverage begin? [FAQ]
Your insurance coverage starts once you have executed your lease or rental agreement, completed your Self Storage Tenant Insurance Enrollment Form, and paid your first premium payment. You will receive your Certificate of Insurance at the end of this process.
