Is there a way to autofill manger signature on leases? Also is there a way to block out the manager sign box when you email leases, so when its awaiting signature you can complete it?

Is there any way to customize the prompt text for the field <Date.InsertPrompt>? Sitelink only says "Select a date" but I would like to customize that text. Any way to do that?
