Is there a way to autofill manger signature on leases? Also is there a way to block out the manager sign box when you email leases, so when its awaiting signature you can complete it?

I use the keyword <Employee.Name> on the signature line.  I don't want to hassle with me having to sign.  Online rentals, though, show as API with no name.  But that's fine, I can easily see they did it all online!

@Jmercer757 - @MamaDuke7 is correct. Another option that was common before eSign was to embed an image of a valid signature in the document (usually the owner/site manager). -Lyndsey H
