Is there a way to change the order that units are assigned when customers make a reservation?

How do you make a reservation online for a customer over the phone? Or do they have to do it on their own?

I am trying to attach a customer sign up sheet via the booking conformation. I want to send out the customer sign up embeaded into the form. Can the Booking Confirmation be used as E-Sign?

Hey there, so I work for a family owned company who hasn't even been open for a year yet. And we are smack dab in the middle of other storage competitors. It's seeming so difficult to get any leads and when we do, it always seams they choose a competitor vs. us. Anyone have experience with a similar situation? And helpful…

So when a current customer reserves a unit online and I want to link it to their current unit - I go to the Sitelink map, find the blue reserved unit, double click, in upper right I Edit Reservation and in the Customer Name box I enter their Last Name and then Search. Normally it will bring up say 4 lines. Maybe 2 orange…

Is there a way through a report or anything that will show me who made a reservation? I looked at the "Unit & Discount" screen where initials usually are and there is nothing.

Is it possible to link units when you're moving them in from lead to lease or do you have to move them in and then link them?

How do I enable the letters to print/email in Lead to Lease?

Does your facility use a script card to answer calls or do you just wing it?

How do you change the tenants rate at the move in screen? I know there used to be a way I just haven't changed it in a while.

Is there a way to autofill manger signature on leases? Also is there a way to block out the manager sign box when you email leases, so when its awaiting signature you can complete it?

I think I know the answer and it is no but I am asking. Can you text prospects in the lead to lease? I have lots of people I would like to send a text to asking “Do you still need storage ? “ I have 100+ reservations for students and no units available. I would like to get rid of the leads that no longer need storage so I…

We have been using the Inquires and Reservations since April. We no longer do any move-ins from the map or move-in tab so we can better track everything. One issue we have been having is when a customer is wanting to transfer units and either we don't have that size available or the specific unit they want. We would add…

@storable_support It would be great if the Lead to Lease had a column for the type of unit beside the size. We use leads for a waiting list as well and when a unit comes open, we have to click each one to see if they are waiting for climate or non-climate. Thanks

I have a hard time training people making reservations. They are expecting to go to an icon called reservation. Calling it Lead to lease is EXTREMELY confusing for people.

So in the past our company did not utilize the Follow Up date box and just deleted it and left it blank. Now we have developed a new protocol on a set date that we need to Follow Up with the reservation customer. Unfortunately, by some glitch during an update or something, when you open a new reservation customer and…

If I set up a Lead and put dates in the Needed, Follow Up and Expire boxes, will the Lead Expire like Reservations on that date if no other follow up is done?

hey everyone, I was curious if I was the only one with this issue. every time I move in a reservation it stops right after inputting payment plan and tells me I need to refresh my local data.. every time I do and it's just telling me constantly after every attempt. I've found a loophole for now but it leads to me having to…

I have a new inquiry, from a former tenant, and I want to add him to Lead to Lease without re-entering all of his information. Is there a way to pull from prior tenants? When I am in Lead to Lease, and I click "Add", and look at the Legend at the top right, I see a color indication for Past Tenant, so there has to be a…

We've been trying to come up with some new ways to get our name out there and attract more leads. We've got a nice website, an up-to-date facebook page, great google reviews, competitive pricing, regular promotions, and the best facilities in the area but our sales have been on a decline lately. Can anyone offer some…

I reserved a unit for a customer Thursday. I noticed this morning she went to our website and reserved the same unit online. If a unit is reserved why would it be listed on the website?

When I get a lead, I'm usually thinking of a specific unit to rent to them, or show to them. It's usually because I know it's been swept clean and the springs are working, so no bad surprises. Why can't I assign a specific unit of that size instead of the unit that's just next on the list alphabetically?

I am trying to reserve a space for a current tenant but he doesn't pull up in search as a current tenant? It shows two previous Led/Res for him that show cancelled and X for past tenant. Any suggestions?

Hey! I am stepping in as a new manager at a brand new facility here is Oregon. Interested in what marketing strategies have worked best for you? I have done marketing in the past, but this is a different selling point. Thanks for reading!

I can't read the entire comment on the screen. I thought the comment used to populate into notes? I scrolled, made the other fields smaller etc. I still can't get the entire comment.

We are trying to get rid of our old hand written reservation sheets and want to transition fully to using LTL but we can't figure out the best way to list a possible tenant who wants the next unit available. For instance, if we don't have any 10x10s available but have someone who wants one as soon as one is available how…

Hi Everyone.....We are trying to create a paperless move in process. Would someone be so kind to walk me through there move in process from there website (we have Storedge) through Sitelink? Do you use an Occupant Information Sheet or scan a Driver License? Thank you for this forum and your help!

I easily found how to make collecting Marketing info on Move In mandatory. But can I make selected sections of the Marketing panel required vs. not required. We really are mostly interested in capturing the source of the lead, not necessarily what is being stored, why this facility, etc.

I had a tenant transfer to another unit. His credit was applied and his balance was 7.18. He is on auto draft so I told him it would pick up balance when I did the auto draft. It added a 20.00 late fee and now it wont let me remove it.

How do you do a credit card pre-payment for a customer who has a reservation but is not moving in yet?
