Reservation for current tenant

I am trying to reserve a space for a current tenant but he doesn't pull up in search as a current tenant? It shows two previous Led/Res for him that show cancelled and X for past tenant.  Any suggestions?

I think a few of us have been having an issue where the tenant list in lead to lease is not showing all the right entries. The only thing I have found to work is try searching the tenant by additional fields. 

For example, I type "smith" in the last name, it shows me several, but "John" isn't listed. If I then type "J" or "John" in the first name, it usually shows up.

For current tenants, search by gate code might work better.

Still only comes up as past tenant not current.  I am just going to use that but it isn't right.
