It's an option you have to toggle in settings to only show available units. I just had to do this for all our sites as I was unaware of it as well and we had 100% full sites getting reservations…1 -

Once I have a reservation, I send a booking confirmation which has the link for them to complete the rental online. New keyword <Reservation.OnlineMoveInURL> gives that link.2 -

When you use Batch Dismiss, you can select which refunds to dismiss. You select the charges (rent, fees, whatever). Then Dismiss Refunds Due.2 -
