When the move in was completed, not sure if you linked the units but did you verify it didn't change his gate code. I know it has happened here before, just a thought.1 -

Setup > Access Setup > In the center, look at Mode 1, Mode 2, and Mode 3. Our rule here is that they have NO access if any unit is past due. But you can select your choice there.2 -

Company > Modify Units > Batch Edit Standard Rates (on the right side). That's for the street rates. Company > Edit Rent for the customer rates.1 -
