Bank repo on a car PLEASE HELP!
I have a car on lien and the bank sent out a repo guy. I won't let him take the car until the lien is paid. This is my first time for this. How do I handle this???

Lien Notices via email in CA
I know in the State of California, certified lien notices can be sent to tenants via email. I do believe one has to go through a third party verification system though? Does SiteLink offer anything that would allow my facility to begin sending these notices electronically? Thanks in advance.
