PTI vs OpenTech Alliance
I am a new company and am wondering what other SiteLink customers use for gate access. Any reviews would be great. It's so hard to make a decision and it seems that these two and couple other are the only ones that communicate with the SiteLink software. Sort of limits things. I am a Canadian company from out west so I am…

Self-storage services experience
Hello guys, I'm a backpacker. I'm planning for a three-month trip. I have been arranging all the essentials for it for the past three weeks. Everything seems checked. The only thing that still worried me is the safety of my valuables at home. I've some valuable files and documents in my house. It also not safe to carry…

Different Gate Lock Out Terms
Is there a way for me to dictate different lock out periods for different types of units? We have parking spaces that we lease, but need to be more strict on nonpayment since it's easier to remove a vehicle/trailer and we're left without leverage for our rent. I know this can be done manually on a case by case basis, but…

In our system we have a name for unit #25 but it shows 65 as empty. Is there anyway to merge those units in sitelink so that "65" isn't…

Security and Locks. Please advise.
A few months ago i began requiring everyone to have a disc lock as opposed to standard (sub-standard) locks. To the degree that tenants pay attention to me and do not lie to me then ignore me, this has been fairly helpful at reducing break-ins. However, after curbing things for a while, now these criminals are now just…

Log In History in MyHub
A few MyHub questions I'm hoping someone out there knows... Sitelink has a report that details every time the software is accessed; logging Date/time, Username, Computer Name and IP address (Reports -->Log In History). I was auditing the report, and realized that I didn't see the access from my tablet to MyHub ( MyHub…
