    Securing payment data is important for every merchant that stores, processes, or transmits cardholder data.

    If you accept or process credit cards, the PCI (Payment Card Industry) Security Standard applies to you.  This is one of the most common mistakes we find where clients are taking on unnecessary payment liability by not following the standard.
