Can you add these to the website to speed up online rentals and payments for tenants.

We currently use SiteLink to manage nearly 4,000 units. For weeks now — and apparently months for others — credit card processing has been unreliable at best. Customers can’t consistently pay online, in person, or through autopay. A few random transactions go through, but most don’t. This isn’t a small hiccup. It’s a…

Good day! We are new to Sitelink (coming from Automatic). We are wanting to know about optimization. What all is done on our website to bring our company to the forefront. Our phones have all but stopped ringing ever since the change over from Automatic.

I have been noticing some of my customers that are signed up for auto pay; Their payments are not being made. This just started this month. Its not all, just some. When I check the ledger, all is fine. They're not expired, current address. I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue, and how did you fix it. If I am…

We have been having a lot of payment processing issues with Sitelink lately at my facility. We have had some ACH accounts declined, support says that the last payment didn't go through that the account came back as not existing. These payments did go through on our end and confirmed that the money hit the bank account.…

Trying to add a cash option in my payables. Need to refund a deposit via cash and only have check, Money order or credit card options.

With our old credit card processor we were able to adjust the dollar amount to be refunded - whether that was prorating rent or leaving an admin fee. Is there any chance we could see this feature down the road with Storable payments? Thanks! Drew

Has anyone else seen a change in the way they are receiving their credit card deposits? I have been seeing an additional day (or more) to receive and now we are receiving partial amounts. I have called about this issue (additional day or more) and we do not get an answer, just a run around.

I've had an issue with tenants changing their CC numbers through our website and it's not saving the expirations. Does anyone have a fix for this?

Processed a cc payment today. That process failed. We processed it again. We can now see the approved cc payment in MyHub. Sitelink doesn't show the payment on the tenant's ledger. Credit Card Reconciliation report shows the payment as Terminal Only status. How do we get that payment to be applied to the tenant's account?

I've tried running "check for returns", I've tried different date ranges, and it keeps saying "Records returned = 0", but then under reminders it still says 1 next to "ACH Get Returns". What is going on?

Is there a way to find previous updates sent by email? I remember getting one about terminal only transactions recently but didn't pay attention since I hadn't had an issue. Today of course...I have one and can't find it to explain what is happening or what to do.

I am sure this has probably been discussed already, but when a current tenant adds a second unit, is there any way to add them to autopay automatically? Or do I call them to get their cc number again. Or have them go to the website and setup autopay? Thanks...

Is anyone else having issues or getting error messages while trying to process cards on file? I keep getting "Payment failed to process" and "SiteLink has detected an error" stating it's an invalid card. This happened yesterday evening and I thought it was just that 1 tenant's card, but it's doing that for every card I try…

Anyone using Sitelink Merchant Services have a best practices for doing the bank statement reconcile? We just converted to SMS and the deposits are very different than our other processor. I know how to look at the daily deposits from myHub, but they are so different than my daily reports deposit amounts it's so tedious.…

Hello, We just recently switched to SiteLink's CC processor, when we go to the CC payments report it is showing not verified on all of the payments. When I was on the phone with SL about learning the new process with their CC payment processors the lady told me not to worry about it, but I would like to have a better…

I over charged a customer and need to refund their credit card payment back. How do I do this? I can't find anything in the software program to do this. TIA!

A customer's credit card was charged for monthly rent by accident, and the receipt was voided so the payment no longer shows, but when I clicked "yes" to refund the payment amount to the customer, a notification popped up that said the refund was unable to be processed. So now I'm not sure what I need to do to get a refund…

I have the myHub screen up on my iphone however every time I try to login the fields for Corp Code and Location Code go blank. Any suggestions?

Do you know when SiteLink will be allowing new equipment to be integrated into the program to allow for EMV cards? What credit card equipment can be used?

I'd love to use the automatic payment processing of credit cards but my company is located in Panama City, Panama. Unfortunately the solutions offered in Sitelink are not available in my country. Has anyone using sitelink has solved this integration outside Australia, UK, Canada and USA? It would be great to be able to use…

I would like to know if it would be possible to implement an option for bi-weekly auto payments? The tech on the phone literally laughed and said he has never heard of doing that before. It is a common practice in the south eastern region of the US. Not everyone is as privileged as your tech support and must split their…

It is fantastic to be able to pay on line and we love the staff and techs who support the process there a couple of things my customers need to be at ease. 1) they don't know to click on the blue room number to access their account 2) they don't know to scroll down to confirm twice let alone once thanks for helping make…

Good Morning, I have noticed so far on a few of my clients when i process their credit card that the coverage and rent are anywhere from 1 to 5 days apart. has anyone else experienced this?
