Refund question/concern - For Storable Developers
With our old credit card processor we were able to adjust the dollar amount to be refunded - whether that was prorating rent or leaving an admin fee. Is there any chance we could see this feature down the road with Storable payments? Thanks! Drew

Credit card processing taking longer to receive deposits & partial payments
Has anyone else seen a change in the way they are receiving their credit card deposits? I have been seeing an additional day (or more) to receive and now we are receiving partial amounts. I have called about this issue (additional day or more) and we do not get an answer, just a run around.

Credit card expirations not saving.
I've had an issue with tenants changing their CC numbers through our website and it's not saving the expirations. Does anyone have a fix for this?

How do we correct a credit card payment with Terminal Only transaction status?
Processed a cc payment today. That process failed. We processed it again. We can now see the approved cc payment in MyHub. Sitelink doesn't show the payment on the tenant's ledger. Credit Card Reconciliation report shows the payment as Terminal Only status. How do we get that payment to be applied to the tenant's account?

How do I clear ACH Get Returns?
I've tried running "check for returns", I've tried different date ranges, and it keeps saying "Records returned = 0", but then under reminders it still says 1 next to "ACH Get Returns". What is going on?

Where can I find past messages/notices?
Is there a way to find previous updates sent by email? I remember getting one about terminal only transactions recently but didn't pay attention since I hadn't had an issue. Today of course...I have one and can't find it to explain what is happening or what to do.
