I have been noticing some of my customers that are signed up for auto pay; Their payments are not being made. This just started this month. Its not all, just some. When I check the ledger, all is fine. They're not expired, current address. I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue, and how did you fix it. If I am alone, anyone have any ideas on how to fix this. Know what could be causing this. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks! Take care!

We recommend opening the payments screen and reviewing the notes section. If there's an issue with processing the payment, it will typically be noted there. If no notes are available, please contact our payment support team for further assistance.

I have checked the notes. There is no message. Its like there not even processed at all.0
