Credit card processing taking longer to receive deposits & partial payments

Has anyone else seen a change in the way they are receiving their credit card deposits? I have been seeing an additional day (or more) to receive and now we are receiving partial amounts. I have called about this issue (additional day or more) and we do not get an answer, just a run around.

Have you recently switched over to Storable payments?

We started with SiteLink and their processor in December 2022 & January 2023.0

As far as I know, we have not voluntarily changed anything.0

Are you taking the midnight close into account?

Yes, nothing has changed on our end. I started to see the change in July 2023 - 7 months in.0
