How do I clear ACH Get Returns?

I've tried running "check for returns", I've tried different date ranges, and it keeps saying "Records returned = 0", but then under reminders it still says 1 next to "ACH Get Returns". What is going on?

That will always be there as a reminder to check. The Sitelink program doesn't really have a good way to know if you have checked it, so they just leave the reminder.
