Different Gate Lock Out Terms

Is there a way for me to dictate different lock out periods for different types of units? We have parking spaces that we lease, but need to be more strict on nonpayment since it's easier to remove a vehicle/trailer and we're left without leverage for our rent. I know this can be done manually on a case by case basis, but was hoping there was a setting I could change that would do it automatically. Ideas?
