Cut Lock Notice

If you no longer want it on the list at all, then you go to Setup - Past Due Schedule - select that notice and uncheck the box that says "display this even on the reminders list."

If you just want it to go away for 1 person because you aren't going to do it, then you have to tell it you did it even if you didn't.  I will email it to the office instead of the customer, or I'll print it then cancel it on the actual printer so it doesn't waste paper.
