Since SiteLink doesn't offer anything on their program, how do you folks keep track of blacklisted tenants?

We need the option for something a little better. Some employees don't have access to past tenants so they cannot search them before starting a rental, where the do not rent, would come into play. Something should be integrated that all security levels have access to without delving into past accounts.0
