Attach a video to tenant file

I was just wondering if there was a way to attach a video to a tenants file? When I have to cut a lock, I always take a video of it from beginning to end to show what's in there when the lock is cut. I'm looking for a easier way. I can't find anything in the software to do this, just hoping there is a way, or sitelink adds it to the program. TIA

Hi, @Bowie. We think @MamaDuke7's suggestion is great! We currently don't have any functionality within our software that allows users to upload videos. However, we'll consider it!1
