How would I go about finding training/certifications for SiteLink?  I'd like to learn as much as possible.

  The certification program is no longer in use.  However, in Sitelink under the Help menu, you will find Training Videos and Webinars.

  The online courses are now at https://storable.teachable.com/
  I am not certain if they still issue certificates.
