Adding an accounting account

Good afternoon - Does anyone know how to add an accounting account? I need to add an additional security deposit (2020) to my Charge Defaults & looks like I have to add it to the accounting 1st? But I am unable to

you should be able to go into setup, click on accounting, then I believe you would scroll down the list and select what best identifies the charge ex: 'fee income, 4044 Other fees 1', double click it, rename it, etc. and save
