Reminders for SiteLink Web Edition

Our company runs individual version of web edition for both of our storage facilities. It was my understanding that for the Reminders section, both sites were supposed to be mirrored.

However, one location provides us with all of the Reminders while the other only a fraction. What can we do to make we can view all of the reminders on both sites?

    If I had to guess, perhaps they initially were not set up the exact way.   Maybe run live update.  Is the same person signing in to both?

    make sure the boxes are checked in the same spots - ex. Hide dismissed, show reminder for all periods, launch at start up
    test by making a reminder to ALL employees - then a reminder for a specific employee for next day - if still an issue contact sitelink tech and they will remote in to see the issue

    There are so many different types of reminders in SiteLink Web Edition, so it’s actually pretty common for two sites not to match exactly. A lot of what shows up in the Reminders section depends on the unique activity and data at each location.

    That said, there are a couple of settings you can check to make sure both sites are set up as consistently as possible:

    1. Past Due Schedule Setup:
    • Under Setup, compare the Past Due Schedule settings for both locations.
    • Make sure all the same events are enabled.
    • Double-check that the checkbox for “Display this event on the reminders list” is checked for each active event.
    2. CRM Campaign Schedule:
    • Ensure the same campaign events are enabled at both sites.
    Also, some reminders only appear when certain conditions are met, and those conditions will naturally differ between locations. For example:
    • Past due tenants
    • Unread bulletins
    • Unsigned documents
    • Reminders created by employees at each specific site
    • Expired credit cards
    • Available reservations ready to be moved in
    • Pending rate increases or rate increase notices that need processing

    My biggest problem with reminders is when I get a new employee, the reminder I created before they were hired, won't show when they log in. Makes no sense, so then I have to go back to all of my future reminders and re-create them for proper processing. Could it be that your other location has a new hire? Just spit-balling.
