Report to see future move ins?

To see future move-ins, you can run the Move-Ins & Move-Outs Report. Select "Start and End Dates" under the "Period Selection" section and set the end date to a future date. This will show tenants who have completed the rental process but have a lease date in the future. The report will also display an asterisk next to the unit number of any entry with a future move-in

If you're looking for future reservations (as opposed to confirmed move-ins), you can use the Lead to Lease screen and sort by the “Date Needed” column. Alternatively, export the Lead Funnel Report as an Excel file. You could then filter or sort by "dNeeded” (Date Needed - This will be column BT in the export) to view upcoming reservation requests.
