Unable to connect to Web edition?

Is anyone else having issues logging into Sitelink Web?  It's giving me an error message saying unable to connect to internet.  We have internet working on our end. @storable_support

    If you haven’t already, I recommend restarting both your computer and modem, as that can often resolve connectivity issues.

    Thank you, tech support was able to get it fixed.  Apparently, Norton decided to start blocking communication to sitelink. Ugh!
