    No, we send them by USPS mail only, I used to also send it by e-mail, but that created a bunch of keyboard cowards responding to me with a lot of anger, so I stopped doing that. We don't send them certified either. If they come back I send and e-mail asking for them to update their address and I save the returned mail in their file to show them we tried to warn them!

    Only if I KNOW the address I have for them is no good because they refuse to update.  And I post it with the back of the envelope exposed so others can't walk by and see their info.

    This is our process as well. If the mail is returned, I ask for an email & if they ask what it is for I just send it in a text. In any case, they are made aware of the change. Some think that if they never get the letter, it doesn't increase  :/
