Statements

i have found that sounds email providers don't like our statements from Sitelink due to no content in the body of the message only an attachment of the statement. I can see how to edit most emails out of sitelink i can't find the statement. Help.

    You can create your own.

    Setup>Email>Add

In Setup>Email at the bottom of the page, see if you already have "Statement"  under "Email defaults".  If so, just click it and then Edit.  Add to the body of the email and save.

Any time you send an email (besides an invoice), you have to choose the email text that goes with it.  Above the email subject line is a drop-down menu for "Predefined Messages."  You choose which one goes with what you are sending.

" Setup>Email at the bottom of the page, see if you already have "Statement"  under "Email defaults""  it doesn't appear in there.

You can create one by using the "+" Add.  Category "Statement" and filling in the Subject Line and Email body.  Then using the Drop-down "predefined" (as Mama Duke said) and choose your category.  I believe for most emails it defaults to "Letter", see if there is anything in the body of that category.
