e-Contracts not opening?

Every time I would like to open a tenants e-contract the document does not open and gives us an error message that says it is due to it not being a supported document or it has been damage. Any help would be appreciated.

themage Registered User, Daily Operations Certified, Advanced Operations Certified, Administrator Certified, myHub Certified ✭✭✭✭✭Does it still have the error if you go into the esign console (company, Sitelink esign console) and open it from there? There was an issue Sitelink was working on that caused that. If you are still seeing that issue, you should probably give Sitelink a call.1

If I rent a unit in person, I can print afterward. Have had issues with eSign leases come back signed online. And yes, opening leases in SiteLink also gives me an error: Failed to load PDF document. Has for about a week now.0
