Discount Plan (special) pushed to website??

I added a discount plan for 3 mos at 50% paid in full in sitelink as I usually do about 1 hour ago....Our storable website is not showing the discount yet. How long does it take to show up on the website?

It can take a bit to show up. Also, in the discount setup, just be sure the box is checked for it to be available on the website.

Thanks, I have it set for all. It still hasn't shown up I have a call in to tech support

I have noticed that if I have my discount set for "all" it does not always show up on my website. I usually uncheck the "all" box and then check all of the other boxes including the website. This fixes it to show up.
