Credit Card Report Issues

Every day when we get onto Sitelink, we have to pull up a credit card payment report for the purpose of checking to see if anyone has made a credit card payment after hours from the day before. For the last 2 days our credit card report does not want to load. It takes several times and too much time to finally get it.
 It's also the same issue at night when trying to close out the day. 
Anyone else having this issue?

    At startup, before you log in, click on maintenance.  In there select Reset Local Database.  Then log in as usual.

    This usually clears up these issues with slow loading items.
