SITELINK: Do you have any suggestions and/or new guidelines on how to add promotions and/or discounts automatically unto our rental agreement? perhaps with inserting keywords on the mandated added text?

In addition to the functionality for promotions and discounts, can you please add a way for us to satisfy the new maximum rental rate provision in SB709 "The maximum rental rate that Owner can charge in the first 12 months following the date of the rental agreement is $_______." Can you create a function or keyword that would allow SiteLink to calculate a maximum rental rate to auto populate in a lease that is based on the current rate and a percentage increase (e.g. 5%)? CA rental agreements must have this new language starting on 1/1/26, so time is of the essence. Thanks for your help!
