I have tried everything, and sitelink will not do an invoice for a tenant

I have manually created an invoice, but it won't print it. It causes sitelink to freeze, and I have to end the task. I have it set up to send an invoice, because I sent her one in November for December rent. After manually creating one, to show December (which is past due) and adding January it just shows invoice for each month. her unit didn't pop up to send one for January.

    Sounds like a call to tech support!  Something in your system is glitching.

    I have that issue when I am creating a manual invoice on this laptop I use. However, when I create one using our desktop machine, it works just fine.
