a new tenant is unable to sign up for online to pay rent

Hi,
Have had a tenant (new to online payments) call to say he tried to pay online and it won't take his information. He said it doesn't ask him if he is a new registrant. Why, I wonder.

Had one happen last week also.

    I wish I knew.  It's costing me business when new rentals aren't working online.  And my existing customers are super frustrated when they can't log it.

    When I have called in to check on the status of my case, they say they don't have a date for resolution.  :'(

    If you are in California, the website is all messed up right now.  They have been messing with everything in order to accommodate our new laws.

    If you are anywhere else, then I'd call in to tech support if you have already walked them through the steps to sign up and it's not working.
