Can´t move out a tenant. Move out error

A colleague of mine can´t do move outs from it´s computer. last time it happen it was from data format on computer but I d ´ont remember how to fix it. Can anyone help me on it? Thank you.

  Have you checked their permissions? SETUP>Employees>security level.
