My concern is that a person who has been hired last month is conducting off the book rentals, this receipt was brought to my attention by a tenant who belives has not been processed into the system correctly and may soon be given some pretextual excuse and made to leave enen though he has been paying each month on time. I was asked my opinion and after I learned the facility is using this sitelink program I am asking opinions of this community....smoe people are just dishonest by nature.... Thank you

I've been using Sitelink for many years, never seen a receipt that looks like this.  I have a few questions, why such a long unit number (seems bizarre), also in my opinion, the receipt should show the unit rent with the insurance for that unit below it and repeat for the second unit.  Also, I could be wrong, but I believe the insurance and the late fees are not supposed to be taxed.   Our receipts don't display 'Sold to'  it displays 'tenant'.   This is old receipt from over a year ago.  If this is what the receipts look like in your sitelink and the new employee is able to edit the receipts, I would change their access level to prevent that.

Also, it shows the insurance as a unit number.  Sitelink doesn't do that.

Well, this is not a SiteLink receipt, because we have been asking for years for receipts to show change amount, among other things like balances due when there is a credit etc.

Thank you for that find about the change showing.

No field showing who took the payment, the date of payment is not showing time it occurred,  the inclusion of the tax on top data fields included in the total due, does not allow method to audit taxes at end of year without looking at each receipt to manually seperate tax for its purpose, the payment receipt on top is not underscored, making this sheet unable to file in the sitelink to fetch or even know it exists,  not having a paid through date cleary shown after computation makes impossible for proof of any recurring payment , no tenat showing anywhere,  no amount applied to account field anywhere..all leads to this being a phony false instrument..

Thank you to everyone who chimed in...

You could always have the person go in and ask for the "last 6 months of receipts" for "tax purposes".  If it is a legit receipt, they should be able to print them out within a couple minutes or less. Sitelink holds all of the receipts in their file.  Just "Pull and print".
