As strict as cali is with their procedures I would assume you would want to use a separate lease. I've never operated a site in CA though so someone from there could chime in. I know in other states where I've had sites with parking we use a parking lease.

We have a separate addendum for vehicles but as Ork mentioned Cali may be a whole different animal

We are opening a new facility at the end of the year-we do not currently have vehicle parking but we will have in the new facility-Could someone email a copy of a vehicle/trailer addendum.  I am not sure what all needs to be included in an addendum

We as well use the same lease as storage but also have an addendum!

But, we are located in Ohio so check your state rules and regulations.

You need to check your state statutes as what someone has on their form might not be correct with what's required for your state.
