How can I delete one unit from a multi-unit account

I have a tenant who has multiple units and recently added an additional unit and has decided, a month later that they do not need the new unit.  There was never anything paid on the new unit and I simply want to delete the unit from their account, removing the unpaid charges.  Any suggestions?

    I would just do a move out but if there's another way, I'm sure someone will let you know.

    As @dbudgen said, just move it out. When you move that unit out if you're not worried about collecting the monies owed just write them off as bad debt.
