A: Yes. Having a mobile app will set you apart from your competition. You will now be able to rent units 24 hours a day, and will no longer miss another customer. In addition, if marketed correctly, city residents will know you have a mobile app and it could be the first thing they go to when they have self storage needs.

I do not want to rent units 24hrs a day. I want our facilities to vet potential tenants.

There are some facilities in areas were that would work, like facilities that run on kiosks.

Good morning Ron. We have the ability to "Not Allow" your customers to rent if you desire. That is your choice. We simply turn off that feature. We actually have a few clients that use all our features except the rental feature.
