Automatic Payments Locking Up

Yesterday & Today I have had trouble with the program locking up while processing automatic payments. Anyone else had issues?

Always feel like I have won the lottery when I get to talk to Mike in Tech Support! He is the best. He thinks it was either issues with internet or my processing company. Did a Live Update and worked fine after that! Thanks Mike!
