Automated reports. When you have regular reporting you need to compile to send up the chain on a regular basis it was a major time saver for me to have all the reports I needed pulled at a set time and waiting in my inbox. When I found out about the feature my old company had about 15 automated reports set up, I taught it to my boss and last I saw it had a couple hundred reports set up for all the DM's and what not.
