If you've been through the process of building a new facility from scratch, how did you choose the location? Would you do it differently next time?

build where the people are!!!1

Attend the town hall meetings and listen to the housing section if they have a lot of housing going in and the market for that is strong then build there. Also if there is a lot of job creation in the area that plays well with storage as well.1
